We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference and are committed to high-quality care.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting participants with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic assistance
- Providing transport and assisting with community access and social activities
- Following individualised support plans
- Promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being
- Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively with the team
What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent – Aged Care/Disability) – Required
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling Training
- Current Police Clearance
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Evidence of Right to Work in Australia (e.g. Australian Passport, Birth Certificate, or valid Visa with work rights)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – (link can be provided upon request)
- Strong communication skills and a caring, respectful attitude
