Our Process
Inquiry
Client submits a service request.
Registration
Admin registers the client.
Intake and Agreement
Admin assesses needs, builds agreement, and plans.
Staff Matching
HR assigns preferred support staff.
Shift Allocation
Shifts as per participant’s preferences.
Orientation/Induction
Initial meeting and introduction before service commencement
Service Begins
Ongoing support with regular monitoring.
